Your Account Dashboard
A guide to everything in your StoneFjord account — where to find orders, listings, messages, and more.
How to get to your dashboard
Once signed in, click your name or "My Account" in the top navigation bar. This takes you to your personal account dashboard.
My Profile
Your profile page is where you manage your display name, profile photo, bio, and location. This is what other buyers and sellers see when they view your profile.
Inbox
All messages between you and other buyers or sellers live here. When you ask a seller a question or submit a service request, replies appear in your Inbox.
Favorites
Any listing you've saved with the heart icon appears here. Favorites are synced across all your devices so you never lose track of something you liked.
Purchases
Every item, service, or event ticket you've bought on StoneFjord appears under Purchases. You can view order details, track status, and find your ticket numbers here.
My Listings & My Sales (sellers only)
If you're a seller, My Listings shows everything you've listed for sale. My Sales shows orders placed by buyers for your listings, along with order status and buyer details.
Payouts (sellers only)
The Payouts page is where you connect your bank account via Stripe to receive money from sales. Once connected, payouts happen automatically — typically within 2 business days of each sale.
